A New Season Dawns
The new season is now upon us and Smallfield is looking forward to the challenges ahead. The changes to the league division structure will put an added pressure on players with 36 league games between the two teams plus knockout competitions moved from Saturdays to Sundays. These changes will bring a strain on ensuring full teams are available each week as well as filling places for the knockout competitions. The club is therefore looking to strengthen its playing membership to ensure the strongest possible teams are put out each week.
The Sunday squad has, as usual , a full fixture list and if you prefer the more leisurely form of the game, although the Sunday team may dispute how leisurely that might be, we would be delighted to welcome you.
